Seal was on and it was pretty hard to take it off, another thing I liked about it. I would like to start off saying that every other numbing cream i used did not serve its purpose especially bikini area.<br>That's why as soon as I received this one I used it on that area and it WORKED GREAT. I did leave in on for about 65 minutes and I did not cover it with anything. I just kind of took my time and laid down and relaxed so it does not go everywhere. I did put a good layer on about 2-3 mm cream on, just like recommended on instructions. I would like to say that it did start wearing off in about an hour.<br>For my purpose it worked great, gave me enough of time to wax, but for other people that might not be enough of time. I didn’t use much either compare to other little creams I was buying, one application and it was gone. This one definitely can last much longer.
